These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and slotsvip ("slotsvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the slotsvip website located at https://slotsvip.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the slotsvip Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the slotsvip Platform. slotsvip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

To register and use the slotsvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slotsvip, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the slotsvip Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

slotsvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by slotsvip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the slotsvip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your slotsvip account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your slotsvip Login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify slotsvip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

slotsvip reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where slotsvip reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements have not been met or that these Terms have been violated.

Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your slotsvip account or any rights therein to any other person.

slotsvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where available.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• slotsvip does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Deposits are generally credited to your slotsvip account within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your slotsvip account.
• slotsvip may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for details.
• slotsvip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
• slotsvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

slotsvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. slotsvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• slotsvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

slotsvip's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or removed may contact slotsvip support for review.

All games available on the slotsvip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All slotsvip games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing agencies.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels. slotsvip does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters set by the game provider.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, slotsvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• slotsvip reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of software errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. slotsvip is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's own network or device.

All game results are final once confirmed by the slotsvip system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to slotsvip support within 72 hours of the disputed event. slotsvip's decision on game disputes is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotsvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the slotsvip Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotsvip staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial gain or on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

slotsvip employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be subject to review, and slotsvip's findings in such reviews are final.

slotsvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.

slotsvip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

slotsvip strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

All content on the slotsvip Platform — including but not limited to the slotsvip brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of slotsvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slotsvip Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the slotsvip Platform without prior written consent from slotsvip.
• You may not use the slotsvip name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to slotsvip regarding the Platform may be used by slotsvip without restriction or compensation to you.

Unauthorised use of slotsvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact slotsvip through the details provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotsvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the slotsvip Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond slotsvip's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or promotional materials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers.

slotsvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotsvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by slotsvip's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

slotsvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or financial institutions.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure, slotsvip will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) to the payment method on file, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may close your slotsvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

slotsvip operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints relating to slotsvip's compliance with PAGCOR standards may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Any dispute between you and slotsvip that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting slotsvip support and allowing a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for slotsvip to investigate and respond to your complaint.

slotsvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slotsvip will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the slotsvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
